Clearnet speeds - zoom zoom! Might have something to do with the holiday too, lots of folks out of town. Tor has been fast as stink for the past few days ...

Yes, I have noticed that at different times of the day & nite its much better to use SR when the user load is down. Rather than trying at random times I use specific times that I've noticed better performance.
As far as the internet as a whole working better these past few days goes, I blame the Mayans. Or Santa.

Just make sure you always have the site up so she can always blame it on SR rather than those other sites you keep perusing!!! Lol! (just kidding) (clear those bookmarks out)!

Not SR per say but Tor. Tor is slow for a reason. If ot is unusually fast I feel like my signal isnt getting mixed up like it should. But yeah drugs make me paranoid!

But what's so great about this place is the fact that we never have to leave!
It's an endless paradise of drugs, literally at our fingertips reach.
Anybody who loves drugs as much as I do, which I'm sure is most everyone on SR, cannot stay away from this place.
We just weren't meant to.. :P

SR is fine when I'm on but I ALWAYS have a bitch of a time connecting... :-\
Usually it takes me about an hour and swapping TOR identity and reloading 20 times. or so. Some people have suggest to me that it is not SR but TOR, but I disagree. I have no other TOR problems. I connect to BMR every single time on the first try. I have been considering opening up a vendor account on here but with this level of disconnectivity not sure I can deal with the frustration on a daily basis. Anyone else having these problems?

Just leave the tabs open for 10 minutes and they'll load completely. I gave up for the day.

BTW Nomad, we sent you coin but to your SR account last week, don't think you realized it . . . it was with the mention in the moderators thread, but SR is too slow right now to start chasing it down while I'm thinking about it!

Try typing http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion.to
put the .to after the onion address and use the clearnet regular browser. It will load up super fast but no Tor and no anonymity. You can just do it as a quick test to see if the site is up or if its Tor related. 99% of the time its Tor related you 'll see.
REmember Onion.to site is just for a quick test using a regular browser. Its not anonymous.
Do do not suggest member not use tor please, it spread information that should not be spread.
I understand the frustration of a slow silk road but it's not worth jumping into a den of lions.

Even if my address were to be burnt and I couldn't order anymore, I'd still browse SR and the forums endlessly. It's all too fascinating.
